Genoa Lakes Golf Club - Lakes Course
Genoa, NV
Located east of Lake Tahoe in Carson Valley, just below the Sierra Nevada foothills, lies 36 holes of championship golf that will challenge your game while the scenery takes your breath away.
Our Lakes Course, designed by golf course architect John Harbottle III and PGA Tour professional Peter Jacobsen, is a link-style creation that is consistently ranked among the best golf courses in Nevada. This semi-private course offers exceptional multi-million dollar amenities and, along with our Resort Course was named one of America's best by Golf Digest. Be sure to keep your eye out for deer, hawks, eagles and other indigenous wildlife as you make your way around the course.
After your round, join us at Antoci's restaurant, offering authentic Italian cuisine and an extensive wine list. With wedding and banquet facilities and relaxing lounge, you'll be in the lap of luxury, but with surprisingly reasonable rates.
The Resort Course ascends into the foothills bringing breathtaking, 360 degree views of the mountains and lush valley floor. With the natural beauty of the Nevada desert integrated into the landscape, John Harbottle III and Johnny Miller teamed up to create a layout that will challenge every aspect of your game.
Signature Hole
Our signature hole, Hole No. 18 (Par 4, 449 yards from gold tees) will put your skills to the test. Lou Eiguren, our Director of Golf says,"Keep the drive down the right center of the fairway - away from the pond. It's better to stay right and stay dry even though it's a longer iron into the green. Tee shots with a right-to-left draw can find the water- and it's hard to make par from there!
